ACUPUNCTURE • MOXA • CUPPING • MASSAGE
Our bodies are incredible and capable machines hardwired to grow, heal, and thrive - all 37 trillion cells! Of course, life happens and sometimes our body needs a little nudge. That’s where I come in. Using acupuncture, dietary/lifestyle adjustments, and a number of supporting modalities (e.g. moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, tui na, electrical stimulation, auricular acupuncture, acupressure), I help your body to do what it was designed to do - heal!
My philosophy is simple: my space is welcome and safe to everyone, I will make sure you feel seen and understood, and I will treat the whole “you” - body, mind & spirit.
I am not fully healed, I am not fully wise, I am still on my way.
What matters is that I am moving forward.

about me
Like many who find their way into the world of holistic medicine, my journey started with my own health struggles. I experienced firsthand the limitations of conventional treatments when dealing with chronic issues that never seemed to fully resolve. Frustrated by temporary fixes, I searched for something deeper—an approach that didn’t just treat symptoms but addressed the root cause.
That search led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), a system that looks at the body as an interconnected whole. Through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other time-tested therapies, I found real, lasting healing. It wasn’t just about relieving discomfort; it was about restoring balance and vitality.
Inspired by my own transformation, I pursued formal training in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, earning my credentials as a Doctor of Acupuncture with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta. Now, I bring that same comprehensive and compassionate approach to my practice in Calgary, serving the communities of Inglewood and Legacy.
Whether you’re struggling with digestive issues, stress, fatigue, headaches, or sleep issues I understand what it’s like to feel stuck—and I also know there’s a way forward. My mission is to help you reclaim your health, naturally, so you can feel your best every day.
I invite you to book a session and take the first step toward true healing.

Traditional Chinese medical treatments, such as acupuncture, herbs and body work, are yielding cutting-edge remedies to modern day health issues. Ultimately, the concept of holistically restoring health is understood in Chinese medicine to be more than merely the absence of disease. By restoring and maintaining harmony throughout the body, and understanding the body as an integrated whole, the acupuncturist is able to support the body to be as healthy as possible, even when disease is present. The specific impact of acupuncture makes it ideal for the treatment of digestive issues, fatigue, headaches, chronic pain, sleep issues, stress, mental health concerns, gynecological conditions, skin conditions, ENT conditions, and more. In China, acupuncture is practised side by side with Western medicine in hospitals and clinics. Even here in Calgary, Alberta, acupuncture is becoming increasingly integrated with biomedical practices and is often used in conjunction with medical treatments and psychological care.
