About Me

Our bodies are incredible and capable machines hardwired to grow, heal, and thrive - all 37 trillion cells! Of course, life happens and sometimes our body needs a little nudge. That’s where I come in. Using acupuncture, dietary/lifestyle adjustments, and a number of supporting modalities (e.g. cupping, gua sha, tui na, electrical stimulation, auricular acupuncture, acupressure, etc.), I help your body to do what it was designed to do.

My philosophy is simple: my space is welcome and safe to everyone, I will make sure you feel seen and understood, and I will treat the whole “you” - body, mind & spirit.

I have a general practice where I focus on digestive health, stress, fatigue, pain, mental and emotional well-being, gynecology, sleep disturbances, ENT conditions, and more. If you are curious if Chinese medicine-based acupuncture can be helpful for you, please contact me!

Why Did I Get Into Chinese Medicine?

This is one of the most common questions I am asked when somebody learns what I do for a living. Like many of my fellow practitioners, Chinese medicine has had a profound impact on my life. A personal health journey led me to seeing an acupuncturist a number of years ago. But not after exhausting many other options. The results were so impactful, I not only decided to devote my life to becoming an acupuncturist and paying it forward, but I also moved Chinese medicine to the top of my list for self-care options.

What Do I Do In My Free Time?

In my free time I can be found exploring a new trail, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, and experiencing everything Calgary has to offer.

I’m also a filmmaker. I create films for small brands and local business.
